LFAM is delighted to announce that our Sierra Leone representative, Morlai Kamara, has been honored with a prestigious Leadership Award, recognizing him as one of the top 100 emerging leaders in Sierra Leone for the year 2023.
The Corporate Sierra Leone Awards organizing committee has consistently recognized individuals and institutions contributing significantly to the sustainable peace and socioeconomic development of the country. The Leadership Award, one of the five major categories, celebrates men and women in business, professions, public services, non-profit organizations, and politics who have successfully launched and grown their businesses or succeeded in their careers or professions.
Morlai Kamara, a graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Gloucester University, has demonstrated exceptional commitment to his profession. His achievements are further underscored by his additional Master’s in Public Health Management. LFAM proudly acknowledges Morlai’s dedication and hard work, both of which have contributed to his success.
The Sierra Leone Leadership Awards, now in its eighth edition, serves as a platform to endorse and celebrate outstanding individuals across various sectors. Morlai has been identified as an exceptional emerging leader, standing out for his professionalism, leadership, innovation, commitment, ethical standards, and best practices in Sierra Leone.
